例如:

  • 健康管理:AI 健康應用程式可以提醒吃藥、幫忙記錄血壓、血糖,甚至分析日常活動。

  • 旅遊規劃:透過 AI 幫忙安排行程,找出適合長者的景點與交通方式,省卻許多時間。

  • 學習新知:我們可以用 AI 查資料、翻譯文章,甚至請它解釋艱澀的專有名詞。

  • 與孫輩互動:AI 可以協助設計小遊戲、幫忙練習英文,甚至生成插圖,讓祖孫的相處更有趣。

By the fifteenth week of this journey, I’ve come to realize that AI isn’t just a cold, distant technology. For us seniors, it can actually be a warm little helper in daily life.


Here are some practical examples:

  • Health management: AI apps can remind us to take medication, log blood pressure or sugar levels, and even analyze daily activity.

  • Travel planning: AI helps organize itineraries, find senior-friendly attractions, and recommend transport options—saving us effort.

  • Lifelong learning: We can use AI to look up information, translate articles, or explain difficult terms in plain language.

  • Bonding with grandkids: AI can generate fun games, help with English practice, or even create illustrations—making time with grandchildren more engaging.


The key is to keep an open mind and try. AI never complains if we ask too many questions or too simple ones. Instead, it’s like a tireless assistant, ready to help anytime, day or night.

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a video titled “Inside China’s AI Hospital: Robot Doctors Revolutionize Healthcare.” It really got me thinking, and I’d like to share some reflections with my friends and readers.

This morning I stumbled upon a TED-Ed animation titled How does artificial intelligence learn?
