Good morning, everyone!
Do you think AI is something complicated, meant only for young people or technology experts? I don't think so.
At 80+, I'm discovering that AI can be a helpful companion in everyday life. I can ask questions, plan a trip, translate a sentence, write a letter, learn something new, or organize a shopping list.
Of course, AI doesn't always get things right. We still need to use our own judgment and check important information. Think of AI as a helpful assistant, not someone who makes every decision for us.
My advice is simple: don't try to learn everything at once. Start with one small task that is useful to you.
That's how I'm learning, and perhaps it can work for you, too.
Exploring → Learning → Documenting
One small step at a time. 😊
