One More Thing I Want to Share

 There is a small feature in Chrome that I have been enjoying today, and I think it is worth sharing.

If you are browsing an article in Chrome, click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner. Then select “Listen to AI Playback.”

What happens next is quite different from simply having the article read aloud.

Instead of one voice reading my words, I hear two AI voices discussing the article with each other. They talk about the ideas, offer their own opinions, and sometimes look at the subject from an angle I had not considered when I wrote it.

I spent about an hour today listening to AI Playback of some of my own articles on AI123.ca and Grandpa Journey.

And I have to admit — I was fascinated.

It felt a little strange, but also exciting, to hear two AI “people” discussing something I had written. They were not simply repeating my words. They were interpreting, questioning, and looking at the ideas from another perspective.

That is what makes this feature so powerful to me.

Writing an article used to feel like the end of the process: I wrote it, published it, and hoped someone would read it.

Now there is another possibility.

AI can take what I wrote and start a conversation about it.

As an 80-year-old grandfather who enjoys experimenting with AI, I find that idea remarkable. Technology is giving my old words a new life — not by changing what I wrote, but by helping me hear my own ideas in a completely different way.

今天，我花了大约一个小时，听AI播放我自己写在 AI123.ca 和 Grandpa Journey 上的一些文章。

老实说，我觉得很有意思。

甚至有一点奇妙。

听到两个AI在那里讨论我自己写的东西，是一种很特别的感觉。
