Check into the Blogspot dashboard to ensure the following are in place;:

• at 'Setting' 'privacy' .. enabled visible to Search engines, allowing search engines to crawl on the blog 
• at  'Meta tags' added the blog title, added blog description up to 150 characters, 
• at 'Crawlers and indexing.' 

1. enabled custom robots.txt 
2. enabled custom robots.txt 
3. enabled custom robots header tags 
4. posted description add a short description 
5. search description filled in the search description, with keywords (150 characters) 

• at Google search console added URL to Google search console

Also checked into my Google Search Console and found the latest development of my blog.  Today this blog was indexed already. It is also associated with Google Analytics.   You can see the details about the blog performance and the various posts.
