Luxurious Houses Spiked Up in Richmond Hill

This morning I am introducing the neighborhood houses at the intersection of Bayview and McKenzie in Richmond Hill.  The majority of the homes here are bungalows in this matured residence area.  In the last couple of years, we witnessed more new houses have been built.  Bungalows were pulled down and replaced with new houses.  People called them monster houses because of their vast dimensions.  Now more and more luxurious houses were built in Richmond Hill.  The new houses prices spiked up from C$2.5 million to C$3 million within 10 months this year.  Recently, there has been a very high demand for this type of house.  The old bungalows are expensive too, with around C$1.5 million price tags.  The house price is way too high, and most salaried people can hardly cope with
