A Little More AI News on AI123.ca
AI123.ca keeps growing—slowly, steadily, and one small step at a time.
Recently, I added a little more AI news to the sidebar. Near the bottom of the page, you will now find selected news from several AI companies and organizations.
I deliberately kept it simple.
Just two pieces of news for each company.
I don't want AI123.ca to become another website filled with endless headlines. There is already plenty of that on the internet! My idea is simply to give visitors a quick look at what is happening in the AI world without overwhelming them.
And now, another new doorway
While making these additions, I started thinking about something else.
If someone visits AI123.ca for the first time and knows very little about AI, where should that person begin?
That led to my newest page:
AI123.ca — Your Doorway to AI
It is now featured near the top of the site, right beside Grandpa What's Happening Now?
The idea is very simple.
If you are curious about AI but don't know where to start, this page gives you several possible doors:
- Start Here — simple AI introductions with no technical skills required
- AI Learning for Seniors — learn gradually and at your own pace
- AI Learning for Seniors — Illustrations — learn through friendly visual examples
- AI Series — practical AI ideas and experiments
- AI123 Digest — selected AI news and developments
- FAQ — answers to common questions
You don't have to open every door.
Just choose one.
My own AI journey continues
At 80+, I am still learning AI myself.
I am not trying to become an AI engineer or an AI professor. I simply enjoy discovering something new, trying it, and then sharing what I learn.
That is really what AI123.ca is about:
Exploring → Learning → Documenting
The website is growing in the same way I am learning—one step at a time.
So, if you are new to AI, don't worry about understanding everything.
Come through the door.
Try one small thing. Learn one new idea. Then see where it takes you.
That's enough for today.
And tomorrow, we can take another step.
